  4. 2642 & 2657 CRX Motors

    The new motors, the 2642 and the 2657, deliver from 23 to 35 mNm of continuous duty torque in compact dimensions. Using leading edge processes, the motors are constructed with high performance materials. 


    The innovative design with a 3-phase self-supporting coil and non-magnetic steel housing offers outstanding high-resolution performance. The absence of residual static force and the excellent relationship between the linear force and current make these motors ideal for use in micro-positioning applications.

  7. CNC Turning Capabilities

    The Proto Labs CNC turning process is capable of producing custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as one day and is best used for creating parts with cylindrical features, as well as parts with axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and shots.

  8. Screw Driven Automation Table: XRS Cartesian Robot Module (Medium)

    The “medium” class in the XRS family of screw driven automation tables has been designed for mid-range loads and travels. Like other members of the XRS family, this table mixes linear servo motors and ballscrew drive technology for optimized performance.

  9. Miniature Proportional Valves: VSO® LowPro Series

    Parker Hannifin’s VSO® LowPro Valves are designed to offer enhanced flow control for inert gases in applications where typical flow rates reach up to 50 SLPM with a maximum of 1.5 Watts at room temperature. These miniature valves are 16 mm wide by 14 mm tall, with an orifice of up to up to 0.080” (2.03 mm) and a weight of 12 g. They can be inserted into the smallest portable devices to improve performance, size, and weight, and can perform the function of valves three times their size without sacrificing the power.

  10. Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding

    Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding is a thermoset process that mixes a two-component compound together, which is then heat cured in the mold with a platinum catalyst to produce a final part. Liquid Silicon Rubber parts are formed through an injection-molding process similar to that of conventional plastic injection molding with one major difference — the material delivery system is cooled and the mold is heated. Liquid silicone rubber possesses thermal, chemical and electrical resistance, plus biocompatibility. Also, Liquid Silicone Rubber parts can withstand sterilization while maintaining physical properties at extreme temperatures.
